OUR SERVICE

We currently run 7 teams during the Atlantic Salmon vaccination season (July to February). We provide teams of between 3 and 6 vaccinators depending on our customers requirements.  Because of our experience in logistics we can offer an extremely flexible service which means we can adapt to our customers needs at a moments notice. Each Team has a dedicated Team Leader who acts as the first point of contact for Farm Managers and site staff, and they in turn are supported by a robust logistics and administration team. We believe in developing excellent business relationships with all our customers and this has resulted in our exisiting customers returning to us year after year to the benefit of both parties. This long term approach  means we can work together to drive through improvements and developments in Vaccination techniques and technologies.

OUR STAFF

Because of our enlightened views on how staff should be treated we have a core of dedicated, experienced and extremely loyal staff. We have a thorough and extensive Induction training programme for Team Leaders and both experienced and new staff.  This programme had been specifically written for Salmovac with valuable input from Salmon Producers and Processors, Vets, Fish health Proffesionals and Vaccine suppliers.  This training combines formal classroom presentations and practical instruction and is then supported by ongoing monitoring and mentoring by our Team Leaders. This in turn is then verified by a system of audit, review and refresher training.
